Privacy policy

What we collect when you browse and buy, why we collect it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Updated

Short answer: we collect only what we need to sell and deliver digital files: the details you enter at checkout, your order history, account details if you have an account, and the technical data any website receives. We don’t sell your data or use advertising trackers, and payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.

This policy explains what personal data Templystudio collects on work.daisylexi.com, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have. Last updated: November 6, 2026.

Who is responsible for your data?

Templystudio operates this website and online shop and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at simonjay0805@gmail.com or through the Contact page.

What personal data do we collect?

  • Order details: the information you enter at checkout, such as your name, email address and billing details, plus what you bought, the price and the date.
  • Account details: if you have an account, your name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and your order and download history.
  • Download records: when a file is downloaded from your order, including the date and IP address, so we can deliver files and help with problems.
  • Messages: what you send us when you ask for help, including your email address.
  • Comments: if you comment on a blog post, the name, email and website you enter, plus your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser, device and the pages you request, which our web server records in standard logs for security and to keep the site running.
  • Referral data: where your visit came from (for example a search engine, a social link or a campaign tag), recorded by WooCommerce order attribution and attached to an order if you buy.

How is payment information handled?

Payment details are entered with and processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, under that provider’s own privacy policy. We don’t store full card numbers on our website. We receive the information we need to confirm your order, such as the payment status and a transaction reference.

Who do we share data with?

  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on its servers.
  • The payment provider you use at checkout, to process your payment.
  • Email delivery services that send order and account emails on our behalf.
  • Google Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when pages load.
  • Authorities or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

If you comment on a blog post, an anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to show your profile picture. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.

How long do we keep your data?

  • Order records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which can be several years.
  • Accounts: until you ask us to delete your account, then any order records we must keep for legal reasons.
  • Support messages: as long as needed to resolve your request and handle any follow-up.
  • Comments: until they are removed. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.

What are your rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page using the email address linked to your order or account.

How do we protect your data?

The site uses HTTPS encryption, account passwords are stored encrypted, and access to order data is limited to the people who run the shop. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and fix problems quickly.

Children’s privacy

Our shop is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our shop or the law changes, for example when we add a payment provider or a newsletter. The date at the top shows the latest version. For questions about licensing or refunds, see our License and Refund policy pages.
